Benteq Assist
- Benteq provide a totally secure access tool for providing remote software support called Benteq Assist.
- Please note that our consultants do not stay logged on to Assist all the time. Please arrange a time with support at Benteq for the log-in to take place. When instructed by your support consultant, select the support consultant number they give you from the drop down menu below.
- Follow the prompts that will appear on screen and if neccessary, speak to your consultant who will take you through the process step by step.
You must be on a call to a support consultant for them to allow you to log on. If you have not yet logged a call or are not speaking to a consultant, please call the Support Line on 01825 714820.
