Benteq can provide a consultant on a daily basis to carry out consultancy as per our client’s requirements. Sometimes clients need additional assistance with report writing or integrating new systems, or just training on modules they have become ‘rusty on’. Clients will often add modules once their system has bedded down and will require consultancy and training on these modules.
Benteq provide a service whereby we can consult with our clients on best practice and business processes. So for example if a client is finding a specific aspect of the use of their system slow or unwieldy, we can look at improving this. Existing Clients using Dynamics GP sometimes ask us if an old bespoke or third party system can be replaced by adding modules to their Dynamics GP system to replace the old system.
