On-site training & consultancy
Benteq provide on-site training for Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM. We provide a consultant that will carry out the required training at the client’s site and our charges are ‘per day’. Training can follow the format of classroom training or can be consultative based on the client’s specific set up. The latter is the preferred approach for most clients.
Typically in this scenario Benteq would discuss the client’s concerns, issues and requirements and work with the client to deliver the required training. This can involve some system set up amendment as well as training for staff. It is quite common for new employees to require training on how and why the system is set up as it is. It is surprisingly common that we are approached where the entire team that originally implemented the system is no longer with the organisation.
Even if Benteq have not implemented the system and were therefore perhaps not involved in why it was set up in a particular way, we are sufficiently experienced with the products we support to be able to work out very quickly why this would be.
On-site training and consultancy can prove to be very economical compared with classroom courses and enables the consultant to concentrate solely on one client and their specific requirements. However we recommend no more than 5 employees attend a session to enable the client to achieve the most use from it. On site training and consultancy is a very cost effective way of approaching getting a number of employees trained, on their own system, on a one to one basis.
